Stay With Scott & Cara

We are so honored to be the current stewards of these very special homes.  The McGregor House was featured on HGTV's hit show Fixer Upper, Season 3 Episode 4, and The Carriage House was also featured on Season 3 Episode 18.   

 

We look forward to the opportunity to host you and those you care for most as you relax, celebrate, reconnect and make memories at The McGregor House or Carriage House.  The  Houses can be reserved separately, or when more space is needed the Houses can be reserved together as The McGregor Retreat.

We share a love for animals and a passion for hospitality, architecture, good design, travel and new food finds.

My mom and I live far apart. We wanted to take a girls trip together. My mom is a huge fan of “Fixer Upper” so she had wanted to visit Waco. I wanted to surprise her and stay in a house from the show. The McGregor House was absolutely beautiful! It was so comfortable and decorated beautifully. The amenities of the house were outstanding. It was such a special trip, and my mom was so excited to get to stay there. We plan to visit again someday with my aunt and cousins for another girl's trip. Scott and Cara were outstanding hosts. I can’t recommend this place more!
